Institute of Banking Personner Selection (IBPS) has been conducting a Common Written Examination (CWE)  for the recruitment of exployees in all public sector banks expect State Bank of India and its associate banks for last three years. One can start his vibrant career with this examination as a Probationary Officer. There is very tough competition for this examination. One should not take any chance even if it costs some pleasures in one’s life. It is better to take good coaching, that can be definitely beneficial to get good score in the examination. Candidate will come to know time management and other important tips for different sections of the examination. Experts told that pay structure of  IBPS PO will be similar as of a RRB Officer scale. At present a newly joined bank probationary officer is getting nearly Rs. 24,000. It is very attractive in bank jobs that almost all banks provide various allowances depending upon the location of posting. If we consider all these allowances one may get nearly Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month in a metro city like Hyderabad.
